WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING: No matter if you are a renter or looking to own, housing in Oregon is becoming less affordable, available, and attainable. The City of Yachats has been awarded funding through the State of Oregon to tackle this problem by (1) evaluating the city’s housing needs and (2) identifying actions and solutions to address those housing needs. This process is called a Housing Needs Analysis (HNA). This meeting is open to the public, with the purpose of reviewing the HNA project and obtaining information, suggestions and comments pertaining to the draft Housing Needs Analysis report that has been prepared by project consultants. No decisions will be made or discussed during this meeting.

This meeting will take place in lieu of the Planning Commission Work session regularly scheduled for Sept. 13 at 10am 

There may be a possible Planning Commission or City Council quorum at this meeting
