Media 

Yachats Public Library has a diverse selection of printed books, large print books, DVDs and audiobooks. Our children's section includes DVD movies, audiobooks, and printed books for all levels from easy reader to young adult.

We maintain a dynamic section of best sellers and new releases as well. Search a list of our newest books and other media for the book or movie you're looking for!

Reserve a Book

If you would like to reserve a book, you may do so from the card catalog search. An email will be sent to the library and you will be contacted when the book is available. 

Archived Materials

Yachats Public Library has current and past issues of area newspapers including the Eugene Register Guard and the Newport News Times. In addition, we have several magazines available for check out such as:

• National Geographic
• New Yorker
• Northwest Travel
• Oregon Coast
• Smithsonian

Technology 

WiFi

The library has free WiFi available 24/7. After business hours, patrons have access to the network via close proximity to the building. 

Seating

There is a large table in the rear of the library for those patrons who wish to use their own computers.   

Public Computers

There are multiple public computers available for use during business hours. We request that you limit your computer time to 30 minutes. If there are no other patrons waiting, this time limit is waived. Please use the sign up sheet at the front desk to reserve your time. Children under the age of 12 may use the computer with an adult in attendance.

Headphones are available for use at no cost. 

Printers

We have 2 printers available for public use, as well as copying and faxing services available. 

Printed copies (black and white only) are 10 cents per page. Faxes are $1 per page.
