PUBLIC NOTICE
At a regular meeting to be held on April 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Civic Meeting Room of the Yachats Commons, the Yachats City Council will consider adopting the following ordinance:
Ordinance No. 375
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE YACHATS MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 3.10, AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY ORDINANCE Nos. 248, 330 and 370
This Ordinance amends the Code to add duties of the audit committee.
Copies of these ordinances are available for review at City Hall at 501 N. Highway 101, Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on-line in the Document Library:
