The County has been busy with other items at this time. The City Manager has reached out to continue conversations with them. The City Manager has also gone through the settlement agreement point by point and plans to talk to the County about the obligations they agreed to do. She asked the Engineer of Record review the Settlement agreement and come up with a plan of action.
